Terms & Conditions

Trials

A trial is not compulsory however, it is highly advised. If the client does not have a trial and is unhappy with the style created on the day, the Artist cannot accept responsibility. 

 

Booking Fee 

A booking fee of £100 will be required to secure the date. This amount is due before the trial and will be deducted from the final payment. If the client wishes not to go ahead after the trial, they have 7 days to cancel the booking, after this time the deposit will be non-refundable. Please note that any services that have been completed by the artist will be non-refundable. 

Payment 

Payment to be made in cash or by BACS. Cheques will not be accepted. 

A deposit of £100 will be required prior to the trial to secure the booking, this will be deducted from the final payment.

Full final payment will be due a week prior to the wedding date. Cash accepted on the day.

Any bookings that require the artist to be at the venue and starting before 6am will be asked to pay a £40 early start fee.

For bigger bridal parties the artist may need an assistant. This will be discussed with the client and arrangements will be made by the artist. 

 

Responsibility of the Client 

The client is responsible for informing the artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes skin sensitivities and allergies. The artist cannot be held liable of any loss or damages incurred due to the clients failure to inform the artist of any known condition.

It is the responsibility of the client to tell the artist of any changes made to the booking in advance. There is a minimum of 4 bookings for each wedding, if this is not met on the day due to last minute cancellations, the client still agree's to pay the amount agreed at time of booking.

Cancellations 

The client can cancel at any point by informing the artist. The booking fee is non refundable from 7 days after the trial. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days notice of the wedding date, the client agrees to pay 50% of the final payment.

Please note there is a minimum booking of 4 services per wedding. 

​

In the unlikely event that the Artist has to cancel the £100 deposit will be refunded and the Artist will do everything they can to find a replacement Artist with the same level of skill. No futher compensation will be offered. 

​

Photography

The client agrees that the artist may use any photography of their work for publicity. This includes their website and social media pages. If the client is unhappy with this agreement, they should make the artist aware. 

​

Travel 

An extra charge will be added for travel depending on the distance, this will be agreed by the client and artist at the time of booking.

The client will cover any necessary travel expenses that are agreed at the time of booking.
